All our conservatory manufacturing is done on site at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at our headquarters in Preston.
Plans are carefully drawn up for each customer's roofing requirements prior to construction by highly trained specialised technical staff. The latest manufacturing techniques are employed alongside original craftmanship to ensure accuracy and durability of all roof systems.
Pre-Assembly Testing
All seals and joints are fully tested throughout the manufacturing process to ensure all roofs manufactured are of the highest quality, before being pre-fabricated in our purpose designed assembly area.
Pre-fabrication effectively eliminates many on-site construction problems, and is your guarantee that your roof system has been expertly manufactured and tested prior to site delivery. Ultimately, this guarantee saves time, money and unnecessary teething problems.
Dismantled Ready for Delivery
After the roof systems have been manufactured, tested and pre-fabricated, they are carefully dismantled and packed away in our dispatch area ready for delivery. The roof systems are packed with clear precise instructions and stored in a protected area until you require them.
Our attention to detail doesn't stop with conservatory manufacturing. All roof systems are carefully loaded onto our own fleet of delivery vehicles before being delivered anywhere in the UK, either to your premises or directly to site.
